Seasonal Flu historically peaks in February and March so vaccination is offered and recommended throughout the season and well into the spring. A flu vaccine is recommended every year because the virus is constantly changing and new vaccines are developed annually to protect against new circulating strains.  Similar to Seasonal Flu, the H1N1 vaccine is recommended throughout the flu season.
