IHA is a member of Trinity Health, who manages our Patient Billing Services. Your IHA bill will come from Trinity Health and will also include all other Trinity Health providers and facilities, such as Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, for your convenience. It will include an account summary, as well as detailed information about each visit.
Online payment can be submitted through MyChart Patient Portal. You do not need a MyChart account to pay your bill. If you have a MyChart account, you can also pay your bill through the Trinity Health MyChart mobile app.
To pay by credit or debit card over the phone, please call 800.494.5797 between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm EST.
Fill out the bottom portion of your bill and return it with your payment to the address on your bill.

Trinity Health Pathology services in Southeast Michigan are processed through a third party outside of MyChart/Epic; these balance and statements will not appear in your MyChart. Statements will be generated by the third party biller, Optum. If you have questions regarding these charges please call 1-877-556-3955.
