Blue Health Connection

Blue Health Connection  is offered to Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Blue Care Network members and is designed to provide members with the information and support that they need to make knowledgeable healthcare choices. 

Blue Health Connection has programs available to assure that members receive medically appropriate care and to help members improve their quality of life while living with chronic illnesses.

Some of the features include a health risk appraisal, calculator tools to measure BMI, heart rate, etc. and outreach programs with mailings and telephone calls to help members stay on top of their health.
