“ I recently left my primary care physician after several years of lukewarm to poor service. I made an appointment to see Dr. Sokol-Keith for my first visit. The person who made the appointment was really great you could hear a smile in her voice. When I arrived, Colette greeted me with a huge smile and gave me my paperwork. As I was filing it out, she let me know that my appointment was not until later that morning. Then, she went as far as to go and ask Dr. Sokol-Keith if she could see me anyway, she agreed and I was taken back in a very timely manner. The MA was kind, and had great listening skills. She told me what my vitals were, which most times I do not get from MA’s I have seen. Dr. Sokol-Keith was kind, straight forward and made me feel very comfortable. It was the first time in a long time I felt like my provider understood and respected me. I look forward to a long relationship with this office.
