Investing in organizations of Southeast Michigan

As part of our commitment to being good corporate citizens, we make it a point to invest in organizations that also serve our community. Any agency or business that shares our commitment to helping Southeast Michigan residents achieve their best health is a potential partner. IHA will consider sponsorship of local and regional events, activities and organizations that offer opportunities to market products and services, or to communicate key messages.

Submitting a Request

All contribution and sponsorship requests must be made through an online application process. Applications will need to be received at least 6 weeks prior to the event. All applicants will be notified of the determination of the request.

Please note: IHA practices, divisions and departments cannot commit to sponsorships. All requests must be made through the online process.

Criteria

1. Non-profit organizations in the United States that are certified tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) non-profit tax-exempt status are eligible for corporate contributions.
2. Our support of organizations and events will be focused within our service areas and must align with the IHA mission and values.
3. Our goal is to have our contributions focus on community investment in the following areas:
   • Serving the underserved
   • Health
   • Youth
   • Education

Currently we are not accepting proposals for individuals, pageants, catastrophes, government, political campaigns, and bricks & mortar projects.
