Alberto Nacif, MD, dipABLM, is board-certified in family medicine. Dr. Nacif founded Brighton Family Care specialists in 1988. He is medical director at Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - East Brighton. Dr. Nacif has clinical interests in chronic disease management and preventive medicine through a lifestyle medicine approach. Lifestyle medicine is a specialty of medicine that emphasizes increased physical activity, healthful whole food plant-based nutrition goals, improving sleep quality, avoiding risky substances, stress management, and forming and maintaining supportive, healthy relationships. In caring for patients, Dr. Nacif believes in a collaborative team approach between the physician, patient and other specialists.
