Mar 11, 2025Dr Bassett and her office personnel do more to make their patients feel safe and welcome than any number of doctors I've ever seen. With chronic conditions it can be so hard to find a primary care doctor that keeps their eye on their patient as an individual with dignity while keeping in mind the many variables that can come with an individual's complicated health. I went in with vague ideas about what I needed and walked out with concrete solutions and a plan. I have often had to go out of my way to reduce any mentions of my profession as doctors can sometimes be dismissive of even a master's degree when I ask for . Dr Bassett was not only happy to not only explain the data and her thoughts but the impact it may have on my quality of life. I've never had a practitioner who took the twin pillars of patient care, competence and compassion, and put them together so effectively for such a positive first visit. I will reccomend her to anyone I know looking for a primary care doctor.

Feb 25, 2025I have never felt more comfortable with a doctor than i did with Dr. Bassett. She truly listened to me and showed genuine care for my struggles and well-being. Her kindness was matched by her thoroughness making me feel completely supported and understood. I am so thankful i found her!
