IHA is a member of Trinity Health, who manages our Patient Billing Services. Your IHA bill will come from Trinity Health and will also include all other Trinity Health providers and facilities, such as Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, for your convenience. It will include an account summary, as well as detailed information about each visit.


Payment Options


Online payment can be submitted through MyChart Patient Portal. You do not need a MyChart account to pay your bill. If you have a MyChart account, you can also pay your bill through the Trinity Health MyChart mobile app. 

By Phone

To pay by credit or debit card over the phone, please call 800.494.5797 between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm EST. 

By Mail 

Fill out the bottom portion of your bill and return it with your payment to the address on your bill.
