IHA brings you Wednesday Wellness Pediatric Edition, a virtual education series, as a helpful resource for healthcare information on topics that impact children and their families.

Many children experience fear and worry from time to time. For some children, this fear and worry sticks around, and anxiety and depression set in. Managing these feelings can be difficult for a child, but also for their parents. Kids don’t always have the words to communicate when they are feeling anxious or depressed, so it’s up to their parents to recognize behaviors that indicate their child may need some help. Join Pediatrician Kerri Randall, MD and Pediatric Behavioral Health Specialists Leah Diebel, LLMSW and Patrick Gaulier, LMSW virtually, as they present:

Wednesday Wellness Pediatric Edition:

Parenting Through Anxiety and Depression in Children Ages 5 - 18

Wednesday, May 26th @ 7:00 pm

In this virtual event, our experts will provide tools for moms and dads to help their children cope with anxious or depressed feelings and make them feel supported during these challenges.
The event will end with a live question and answer session with our providers. We know weeknights can be tough, so this event will be recorded and sent to anyone who registers whether or not they attend live.
